Sean McHenry, formerly a WME booking agent assistant, now turned day-to-day manager for Matt Schuster at Extended Play Music Group, sits down with Behind The Music Biz for Episode 16. Sean discusses his resume that included internships with MV2 Entertainment and Homestead Music Group. He also discusses his educational journey that included a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Winona State in his home state of Minnesota, and then decided to attend Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN to receive his second Bachelor’s Degree, this time in Music Business. Throughout the episode, Sean explains his time at WME, what an agent does, and what his role was as an assistant working with artists such as Jason Aldean, Charles Wesley Godwin, Conner Smith, and more.
